Der bald 700 Jahre alten Biergeschichte Weitras widmet sich die Bierausstellung auf Schloss Weitra. In der Bierwerkstatt zu Weitra wird noch nach handwerklicher Tradition gebraut \u2013 mit offener G\u00e4rung und langer Lagerung bei kalten Temperaturen.
