Der talw\u00e4rts fahrende Zug nach Schierke f\u00e4hrt auf das Ausweichgleich am fr\u00fcheren Goethebahnhof, damit der bergan fahrende Zug nicht stoppen muss. Diese Kreuzung gibt es jeden Tag zehn Mal. Seit 1993 gab es dort keinen einzigen Unfall, weil bisher niemand dort aussteigen wollte.
