Die Vorgeschichte dazu begann im September 2005, als der H\u00e4rtsfeld-Museumsbahnverein die einmalige Chance bekam, das historische Bahnhofsgeb\u00e4ude in Dischingen zu erwerben. <br \/>Dieses letzte im Original erhaltene Bahnhofsgeb\u00e4ude der ehemaligen H\u00e4rtsfeldbahn war zu diesem Zeitpunkt in einem \u00e4u\u00dferst schlechten baulichen Zustand. Die Gemeinde Dischingen hatte dann in Zusammenarbeit mit dem H\u00e4rtsfeldmuseumsbahnverein f\u00fcr den Erwerb und die Substanzsicherung des Geb\u00e4udes eine F\u00f6rderung aus dem Entwicklungsprogramm L\u00e4ndlicher Raum (ELR) und dem europ\u00e4ischem F\u00f6rderprogramm LEADER+ erhalten.
