Interessant ist, da\u00df zunehmend auch Bewohner des \u00f6stlichen Ortsteiles Gremskamp die Bahn f\u00fcr eine einfache Fahrt benutzen, da der Fu\u00dfweg fast 30 Minuten dauert. Die g\u00fcnstigen Anschl\u00fcsse mit nur wenigen Minuten \u00dcbergang haben t wohl auch dazu beigetragen.<br \/>Noch in dieser Woche wird das restliche Gleismaterial aus W\u00f6rme bei Handeloh nach Malente kommen, um die Strecke um einige hundert Meter verl\u00e4ngern zu k\u00f6nnen. Ferner sind Abstell-, Umsetz- und Lokschuppengleise vorgesehen. In Richtung L\u00fctjenburg soll jetzt auch weitergebaut werden. Der Einbau der dritten Schiene jenseits des Bahn\u00fcbergangs am Bahnhof wird in den n\u00e4chsten Wochen in Angriff genommen. Der restliche Ausbau ist vom Abbau der Gleise im Bahnhof L\u00fctjenburg abh\u00e4ngig, der erst im September beginnen kann.<br \/>Bis Ende des Jahres soll Malente Markt erreicht werden. Die Z\u00fcge werden dann auch &#8211; je nach Baufortschritt &#8211; bis zum jeweiligen Ende der Strecke verkehren. Die drei Zugpaare sollen voraussichtlich bis zum Jahresende am Mittwoch und Samstag weiterhin verkehren.<br \/>Im kommenden Jahr wird bis Malente Nord (ehemaliger Hp der Normalspurstrecke) und anschlie\u00dfend bis Holstein\u00edsche Schweiz die dritte Schiene eingebaut sein. Der Ausbau bis L\u00fctjenburg wird erst erfolgen, wenn ausreichend Spenden f\u00fcr den Gleisbau eingegangen sind. Da auf dem Abschnitt Holsteinische Schweiz &#8211; L\u00fctjenburg nur ein bis zweimal am Tag nur in Tagesrandlagen vor oder nach dem Draisinenbetrieb gefahren werden kann, wird dieser Streckenabschnitt kaum wirtschaftlich zu betreiben sein.<br \/>In Malente soll im Winterhalbjahr auch das Kleinbahnhofsgeb\u00e4ude eine Fahrkartenausgabe, einen B\u00fcro- und Aufenthaltsraum erhalten.<br \/>Der Wagen 466 (ex Kleinbahn Znin, Bj 1894 D\u00fcwag) wird kommende Woche seine Drehgestelle erhalten, die bereits aufgearbeitet worden sind. Danach wird mit dem Innenausbau begonnen. Die Au\u00dfenbleche und Fenster sollen bis Oktober ebenfalls fertig sein. Wagen 381 (ex Kleinbahn Znin, Bj 1894 D\u00fcwag) steht in Hamburg-Finkenwerder bei Oekotech zur Aufarbeitung an.
