Einem Bericht der Leipziger Volkszeitung vom 19.01.2006 zu folge wurde inzwischen mit der Sanierung von Br\u00fccken im Stadtgebiet von Oschatz begonnen.<br \/>Es gibt jedoch auch eine Streckenerweiterung zu vermelden, von der auf obiger Interneseite noch nichts zu finden ist: Am 14.02.2006 hat das S\u00e4chsische Staatsministerium f\u00fcr Wirtschaft und Arbeit die Genehmigung zum Betreiben einer Eisenbahninfrastruktur f\u00fcr die D\u00f6llnitzbahn GmbH um den Abschnitt Nebitzschen km 3,202 bis Glossen km 4,686 erweitert. Dieser Streckenabschnitt wurde durch die Gemeinde Sornzig-Ablass aufgebaut und dann die D\u00f6llnitzbahn GmbH mit der Betriebsf\u00fchrung beauftragt. Das Datum der Aufnahme des Zugverkehrs ist bisher nicht bekannt.
