Doch der Zweckverband lenkte ein und lie\u00df damit die Schranke f\u00fcr den Gerichtsstreit runter. Damit sind aber noch l\u00e4ngst nicht alle Hindernisse aus dem Weg ger\u00e4umt.<br \/> &#8222;Die Gerichtsverhandlung hat sich er\u00fcbrigt, da der Zweckverband in allen strittigen Punkten eingelenkt hat&#8220;, sagte gestern D\u00f6llnitzbahn-Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Gerhard Curth auf OAZ-Anfrage. Die Grundst\u00fccke bleiben damit Eigentum der Gesellschaft, und Curth bleibt Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer. Finanziell h\u00e4ngt die Schmalspurbahn aber weiter in der Luft, denn der Zweckverband Nahverkehrsraum Leipzig (ZVNL) \u00fcberweist seit Anfang Mai keine Zusch\u00fcsse f\u00fcr den Personenverkehr mehr.
