Der Verein der \u00d6chslefreunde weiht am Sonntag, 14. September, dem Tag des Offenen Denkmals, beim historischen Lokschuppen der \u00d6chslebahn in Ochsenhausen ein &#8222;Rollbock-Denkmal&#8220; ein. Konkreter Anlass: 1983 wurde der G\u00fcterverkehr auf dem \u00d6chsle eingestellt.<br \/>Wer von den vielen Autofahrern, die die B 312 befahren, kennt ihn nicht und hat sich noch nicht an ihm erschrocken? Der G\u00fcterwagen, der jeden Tag huckepack zwischen Ochsenhausen und Ummendorf pendelt, transportiert heute die K\u00fchlschr\u00e4nke der Firma Liebherr Hausger\u00e4te auf der Stra\u00dfe.<br \/>Bis 1983 leistete das \u00d6chsle diesen Transport. Die G\u00fcterwagen der Normalspur wurden in Warthausen auf Rollb\u00f6cke gesetzt, mit der Schmalspurbahn nach Ochsenhausen bef\u00f6rdert und rollten beladen wieder zur\u00fcck nach Warthausen.
