Geburtstag &ndash; einen Tag sp&auml;ter haben die Mitglieder und etliche weitere<span class=\"hashtag\"> #<a href=\"https:\/\/archiv.schmalspurbahn.de?s=%23Stra&szlig;enbahn-Fans\">Stra&szlig;enbahn-Fans<\/a><\/span> schon wieder einen Grund zum Feiern: Der<span class=\"hashtag\"> #<a href=\"https:\/\/archiv.schmalspurbahn.de?s=%23Prototyp\">Prototyp<\/a><\/span> des Gotha-Wagens wird 60 Jahre alt. Und da dieser Prototyp aufgearbeitet und saniert wurde und fahrbereit ist, steht einer Ausfahrt mit diesem in <location base=\"Gotha\">Gotha<\/location> gebauten Stra&szlig;enbahnmodell heute nichts im Wege.<\/text> <text> Gotha-Wagen werden die von 1957 bis 1967 vom volkseigenen Betrieb (VEB) Waggonbau <location base=\"Gotha\">Gotha<\/location> (ehemals Waggonfabrik <location base=\"Gotha\">Gotha<\/location>) konstruierten und dort produzierten Einheitsstra&szlig;enbahnwagen der <location base=\"DDR\">DDR<\/location> genannt. Gotha-Wagen waren in der <location base=\"DDR\">DDR<\/location> und der <location base=\"Sowjetunion\">Sowjetunion<\/location> im Einsatz. &bdquo;Sie wurden in gro&szlig;er St&uuml;ckzahl hergestellt und fuhren in vielen St&auml;dten der DDR&ldquo;, wei&szlig; <person base=\"Ronny Qua\u00df\">Ronny Qua&szlig;<\/person> aus <location base=\"Esslingen\">Esslingen<\/location>.<\/text> <text> Er ist seit &uuml;ber zehn Jahren Mitglied im Verein Gothaer Stra&szlig;enbahnfreunde. Durch die Teilnahme an einer Sonderfahrt war er zum Verein gesto&szlig;en. Inzwischen organisiert er Veranstaltungen wie die Sonderfahrten mit historischen Modellen mit und k&uuml;mmert sich um die &Ouml;ffentlichkeitsarbeit. So hat er auch die samst&auml;gliche Gotha-Wagen-Fahrt zum Prototyp-Jubil&auml;um auf die Beine gestellt.<\/text> <text>&bdquo;Wir haben 50 Anmeldungen daf&uuml;r, viele hier aus der Region, aber auch aus <location base=\"Hannover\">Hannover<\/location>, <location base=\"Hamburg\">Hamburg<\/location>, <location base=\"Bayern\">Bayern<\/location> und Sachsen&ldquo;, z&auml;hlt <person base=\"Ronny Qua\u00df\">Ronny Qua&szlig;<\/person> auf.
