Juli 1982 trafen sich engagierte Eisenbahnfreunde im Heimathaus in Plettenberg, um eine<span class=\"hashtag\"> #<a href=\"https:\/\/archiv.schmalspurbahn.de?s=%23Museumseisenbahn\">Museumseisenbahn<\/a><\/span> zu gr&uuml;nden. Ziel war es, den ehemaligen sauerl&auml;ndischen<span class=\"hashtag\"> #<a href=\"https:\/\/archiv.schmalspurbahn.de?s=%23Schmalspurbahnen\">Schmalspurbahnen<\/a><\/span> ein lebendiges Denkmal zu errichten. Anla&szlig; war die Stillegung der Inselbahnen Juist und Spiekeroog. Diese hatten nach der Einstellung der Schmalspurbahnen im Sauerland zahlreiche Fahrzeuge erworben. In jenem Jahr bot sich die einmalige Gelegenheit, zahlreiche Fahrzeuge der Kreis<span class=\"hashtag\"> #<a href=\"https:\/\/archiv.schmalspurbahn.de?s=%23Altenaer\">Altenaer<\/a><\/span> Eisenbahn (<a href=\"https:\/\/archiv.schmalspurbahn.de\/?tag=kae\">#KAE<\/a>, im Volksmund liebvoll Schnurre genant) und der Plettenberger Kleinbahn (<a href=\"https:\/\/archiv.schmalspurbahn.de\/?tag=pkb\">#PKB<\/a>) zu erwerben, in die alte Heimat zur&uuml;ckzuf&uuml;hren und so der Nachwelt zu erhalten.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tAls anderthalb Jahre sp&auml;ter die<span class=\"hashtag\"> #<a href=\"https:\/\/archiv.schmalspurbahn.de?s=%23Hohenlimburger\">Hohenlimburger<\/a><\/span> Kleinbahn (<a href=\"https:\/\/archiv.schmalspurbahn.de\/?tag=hkb\">#HKB<\/a>) als letzte der Sauerl&auml;nder Schmalspurbahnen ihren Betrieb einstellte, konnte die M&auml;rkische Museums-Eisenbahn weitere Fahrzeuge sowohl von dieser Bahn, als auch von der ehemaligen<span class=\"hashtag\"> #<a href=\"https:\/\/archiv.schmalspurbahn.de?s=%23Iserlohner\">Iserlohner<\/a><\/span> Kreisbahn (<a href=\"https:\/\/archiv.schmalspurbahn.de\/?tag=ikb\">#IKB<\/a>) und der der Kleinbahn<span class=\"hashtag\"> #<a href=\"https:\/\/archiv.schmalspurbahn.de?s=%23Haspe-Voerde-Breckerfeld,\">Haspe-Voerde-Breckerfeld,<\/a><\/span> &uuml;bernehmen.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suedwestfalen-nachrichten.de\/aktuell\/plettenberg-35-jaehrigen-jubilaeum-der-maerkischen-museums-eisenbahn-e-v-am-16-juli-2017\/\">All diese Fahrzeuge k&ouml;nnen auf dem Museumsgel&auml;nde im Bahnhof H&uuml;inghausen und in der &#8230;<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Plettenberg &#8211; 35-j\u00e4hrigen Jubil\u00e4um der M\u00e4rkischen Museums-Eisenbahn e.V. am 16.
