Das ist ein Anstieg um 45&nbsp;000 gegen&uuml;ber dem Vorjahr. Die Zunahme kam vor allem nach der<span class=\"hashtag\"> #<a href=\"https:\/\/archiv.schmalspurbahn.de?s=%23Wiederer&ouml;ffnung\">Wiederer&ouml;ffnung<\/a><\/span> des zweiten Abschnitts von Dippoldiswalde bis zur Endstation in Kipsdorf, wie Mirko<span class=\"hashtag\"> #<a href=\"https:\/\/archiv.schmalspurbahn.de?s=%23Fro&szlig;\">Fro&szlig;<\/a><\/span> informierte. Er ist Betriebsleiter Eisenbahn bei der S&auml;chsischen<span class=\"hashtag\"> #<a href=\"https:\/\/archiv.schmalspurbahn.de?s=%23Dampfeisenbahngesellschaft,\">Dampfeisenbahngesellschaft,<\/a><\/span> welche die Wei&szlig;eritztalbahn betreibt. Seit der Wiederer&ouml;ffnung ist die Fahrgastzahl um die H&auml;lfte gestiegen, obwohl die Zahl der Zugverbindungen geringer wurde. Vor der Wiederer&ouml;ffnung fuhren f&uuml;nf Z&uuml;ge am Tag von<span class=\"hashtag\"> #<a href=\"https:\/\/archiv.schmalspurbahn.de?s=%23Freital\">Freital<\/a><\/span> nach Dippoldiswalde, jetzt fahren zwei bis Kipsdorf und einer bis Dipps.\n<\/p>\n<p data-kx=\"88e2391d-1ca5-48b7-9a64-a2c62ff4f99f\">\n\tDer Ansturm begann sofort nach dem Neustart. Im Juni fuhren 20&nbsp;000 Menschen mit der Schmalspurbahn zwischen Freital und Kipsdorf. &bdquo;Fast doppelt so viele wie im Vorjahresmonat&ldquo;, sagt Fro&szlig;. Der Juli 2017 war mit 33&nbsp;000 Fahrg&auml;sten der st&auml;rkste Monat im ganzen Jahr. Ursache daf&uuml;r war das Schmalspurbahnfestival, das auch dieses Jahr wieder am Wochenende vom 14. und 15. Juli stattfindet. Auch der Dezember mit dem Kleinbahnadvent brachte noch einmal ein deutliches Plus bei den Fahrgastzahlen.
