Jahr ihres Bestehens kein Selbstl&auml;ufer. Das wei&szlig; man auch beim Betreiber, der S&auml;chsischen<span class=\"hashtag\"> #<a href=\"https:\/\/archiv.schmalspurbahn.de?s=%23Dampfeisenbahngesellschaft\">Dampfeisenbahngesellschaft<\/a><\/span> (<a href=\"https:\/\/archiv.schmalspurbahn.de\/?tag=sdg\">#SDG<\/a>). Deshalb hat sie zahlreiche Veranstaltungen, Angebote und Feste rund um die Bahn im Jahreskalender. Welche neuen Ideen gibt es und wie k&ouml;nnten diese umgesetzt werden? Das soll ein Experte ausloten, den die Stadt Altenberg anstellen m&ouml;chte. Viele Jahre hat sich der Tourismusverband Erzgebirge um die Ideenfindung gek&uuml;mmert und daf&uuml;r die Arbeitsgemeinschaft Wei&szlig;eritztalbahn gegr&uuml;ndet. Doch die Arbeit &uuml;bersteigt die Kapazit&auml;ten des Verbandes. Dort ist man froh &uuml;ber die neue Initiative, wie Doreen Burgold, die Sprecherin des Tourismusverbandes, erkl&auml;rt.<br \/>\n\tFrau Burgold, begr&uuml;&szlig;t der Tourismusverband das Einstellen eines Projektmanagers und was verspricht man sich davon?\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tUm die Wei&szlig;eritztalbahn perspektivisch weiter gut vermarkten zu k&ouml;nnen und stabile Besucherzahlen zu erzielen, ist es wichtig, die Bahn sowohl als technisches Highlight zu vermarkten, als auch die Angebote rund um die Bahn einzubinden und aktiv in Szene zu setzen. Das erfordert einen hohen Aufwand an Abstimmung und Koordinierung &uuml;ber die Verwaltungsgrenzen der jeweiligen Kommunen hinaus.
