Doch nun ist eine dichte kleine Schau mit<span class=\"hashtag\"> #<a href=\"https:\/\/archiv.schmalspurbahn.de?s=%23Originalst\u00fccken\">Originalst\u00fccken<\/a><\/span> entstanden, die erahnen l\u00e4sst, welchen emotionalen Stellenwert diese nur zehn Kilometer lange Strecke auch 125 Jahre nach der Gr\u00fcndung noch immer hat. Schuld daran ist sicherlich auch das dramatische Ende.<\/p>\n<p>Denn die Geschichte dieser Bahn endete 1945 abrupt, weil die Sowjetunion Loks und Waggons samt Schienen als Reparationsleistungen abbaute. \u201eWohin die Bahn gekommen ist, dazu gibt es viele Theorien \u2013 aber f\u00fcr keine gibt es einen stichhaltigen Beweis\u201c, sagt Fischer. Manche munkeln, sie sei in einem Pionierlager auf der Krim gefahren, anderen erz\u00e4hlen von einem Einsatz auf einer Kolchose. Konrad Fischer sieht diese Spekulationen mit gemischten Gef\u00fchlen, schwingt doch immer im Unterton mit, die Russen h\u00e4tten den Bahnbetrieb zerschlagen. \u201eEs gibt bereits aus den 1930er Jahren Wirtschaftlichkeitsuntersuchungen, da hat die Strecke nicht gerade gut abgeschnitten\u201c, formuliert er vorsichtig. Ob die Verbindung hier bis heute \u00fcberlebt h\u00e4tte, ist daher eher zu bezweifeln. Schlie\u00dflich rollt auf der Herrnhuter Hauptstrecke auch seit 20 Jahren kein Zug mehr.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcberdauert haben aber zahlreiche Relikte der Eisenbahnzeit: Die allererste<span class=\"hashtag\"> #<a href=\"https:\/\/archiv.schmalspurbahn.de?s=%23Fahrkarte\">Fahrkarte<\/a><\/span> vom 1. Dezember 1893 f\u00fcr 50 Pfennig ist in der Ausstellung zu sehen, ebenso die gro\u00dfe Ank\u00fcndigung im \u201eS\u00e4chsischen Postillon\u201c zur Er\u00f6ffnung.
