Sie bilden den kr\u00f6nenden Abschluss der<span class=\"hashtag\"> #<a href=\"https:\/\/archiv.schmalspurbahn.de?s=%23Sanierung.\">Sanierung.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Schlo\u00dfvippachs B\u00fcrgermeister Uwe K\u00f6hler (CDU) erinnerte an den \u201ej\u00e4mmerlichen Zustand\u201c, den das Geb\u00e4ude mit Dienst- und Warteraum sowie einer Wohnung jahrelang bot. \u201eVon der einstigen Sch\u00f6nheit war nichts mehr zu erkennen. Sowohl das Fachwerk, wie auch die Ziegelw\u00e4nde waren komplett \u00fcberputzt.\u201c Aufgrund der besonderen Historie hatte der Gemeinderat die Entscheidung getroffen, dass Geb\u00e4ude m\u00f6glichst originalgetreu zu erhalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Erfolgreich F\u00f6rdert\u00f6pfe angezapft<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Von einem \u201ebesonderen Gl\u00fccksfall\u201c sprach K\u00f6hler, dass die Gemeinde von 2019 bis 2025 ins F\u00f6rderprogramm der Dorferneuerung aufgenommen wurde. Somit konnten F\u00f6rdermittel genutzt und der Wunsch des Gemeinderates Realit\u00e4t werden. Mit den Sanierungsarbeiten wurde im Juni 2021 begonnen. Im Mai 2022 konnte die Fertiggestellung \u00f6ffentlich gefeiert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In diesem Jahr ging die Gestaltung des Au\u00dfengel\u00e4ndes \u00fcber die B\u00fchne.
