Laut Insolvenzverwalter David J\u00e1no\u0161\u00edk sollen bis zur Sommersaison alle Genehmigungen f\u00fcr eine<span class=\"hashtag\"> #<a href=\"https:\/\/archiv.schmalspurbahn.de?s=%23Wiederaufnahme\">Wiederaufnahme<\/a><\/span> des Personenverkehrs vorliegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Rahmen seines letzten Berichts an das Gericht gab er an, die neue SiBe (<a href=\"https:\/\/archiv.schmalspurbahn.de\/?tag=sicherheitsbescheinigung\">#Sicherheitsbescheinigung<\/a>) werde im Januar 2024 beantragt. Zuletzt war diese am 02.10.2022 abgelaufen, damals wurde der Verkehr durch Busse ersetzt. Derzeit liegt nur eine Genehmigung f\u00fcr fahrgastlose Betriebsfahrten vor. Die tempor\u00e4re Verwaltung verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber wenig Spielraum. Als Betreiber ist derzeit die Wood Train Transport (<a href=\"https:\/\/archiv.schmalspurbahn.de\/?tag=wtt\">#WTT<\/a>) erste Wahl.
