Die Fahrt beginnt in Gillrath oder in Schierwaldenrath. Unterwegs gibt es ein Begr\u00fc\u00dfungsgetr\u00e4nk im Buffetwagen. Das Spargelmenu wird im Restaurant \u201eZur Selfkantbahn\u201c am Bahnhof Schierwaldenrath serviert. Der Spargel kommt frisch aus der Spargelregion Heinsberg auf den Tisch.
