Unter der Anleitung der Aktiven der Jagsttalbahnfreunde e.V. schl\u00fcpften die sechs M\u00e4nner morgens um 9.00 Uhr in ihre Schutzkleidung und nahmen Schaufeln und Schottergabeln zur Hand. Hintergrund ist die Gesch\u00e4ftsidee von Herrn Beisswenger von der Firma Trends GmbH aus Aalen f\u00fcr Firmen- und Beh\u00f6rdenmitarbeiter sogenannte \u201eTeambuildingevents\u201c zur St\u00e4rkung des Teamgeistes innerhalb einer Organisation anzubieten. Ein solches Programm wurde auf Anregung von Herrn Beisswenger daraufhin von den findigen Jagsttalbahnfreunden zusammengestellt und von den \u201eSchreibtischt\u00e4tern\u201c, wie sie sich selbst bezeichneten, auch prompt angenommen. Bei strahlendem Sonnenschein handele sich der eine oder andere sicherlich nicht nur einen Muskelkater, sondern auch ein paar Schwielen an den H\u00e4nden ein. Aber auch die tiefe Befriedigung, sich einmal wieder richtig k\u00f6rperlich verausgabt und dabei auch noch etwas Sinnvolles geleistet zu haben, das sich sehen lassen kann, sah man den t\u00fcchtigen M\u00e4nnern an. So haben sie mit Hilfe eines frisch restaurierten historischen Eisenbahnwaggons aus dem 19. Jahrhundert und einer Laderaupe unter den Augen mancher schaulustiger D\u00f6rzbacher tonnenweise frischen Eisenbahnschotter zwischen die Gleise und unter die Schwellen \u201egestopft\u201c. Eine vor kurzem von dem Verein neu beschaffte \u201eGleisstopfmaschine\u201c nahm den hoch motivierten M\u00e4nnern wenigstens diese ansonsten \u00e4u\u00dferst kraft- und zeitraubende T\u00e4tigkeit ab. Dadurch konnte der Gleisbau im Bahnhof D\u00f6rzbach einmal mehr ein gro\u00dfes St\u00fcck weiter seinem Ziel entgegengebracht werden.
