Dies bekommen die G\u00e4ste schon zu Beginn der Veranstaltung bei einem Sektempfang am Bahnhof<span class=\"hashtag\"> #<a href=\"https:\/\/archiv.schmalspurbahn.de?s=%23Warthausen\">Warthausen<\/a><\/span> zu sp\u00fcren. Die Fahrt mit dem kohlebefeuerten \u00d6chsle dauert anschlie\u00dfend rund 70 Minuten bis nach Ochsenhausen. Dort f\u00fchrt die Reise aus der Dampfzugzeit des 19. Jahrhunderts zur\u00fcck in den Sp\u00e4tbarock des 18. Jahrhunderts. In der ehemaligen Klosterkirche l\u00e4dt Ulrich Werther zu einem Konzert auf der bekannten Gabler-Orgel von 1734 ein. Der Kirchenmusiker spielt, nach einigen Erl\u00e4uterungen zu dem historischen Instrument, Melodien aus dem barocken Ochsenhauser Orgelbuch. Ebenfalls in historischen Mauern wird dann gespeist: Der &#8222;Adler&#8220; gilt als das \u00e4lteste Gasthaus Ochsenhausens. F\u00fcr den Hauptgang k\u00f6nnen die G\u00e4ste bei der Anmeldung unter drei Fleischgerichten w\u00e4hlen. Das &#8222;Ver dauungsschn\u00e4psle&#8220; wird dann w\u00e4hrend der R\u00fcckfahrt nach Warthausen in der gem\u00fctlichen &#8222;Holzklasse&#8220; der \u00d6chslewagen serviert.
