Januar 2013 seine T\u00e4tigkeit als Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der D\u00f6llnitzbahn GmbH (DBG) auf. Der bisherige Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Lutz Haschke wurde als Prokurist bestellt und bleibt als \u00f6rtlicher Betriebsleiter der Bahn erhalten. Diese Beschl\u00fcsse wurden am 16.11.2012 w\u00e4hrend einer Gesellschafterversammlung der D\u00f6llnitzbahn GmbH im Oschatzer Rathaus gefasst. Dabei wurde von den Gesellschaftern Zweckverband D\u00f6llnitzbahn und F\u00f6rderverein &#8222;Wilder Robert&#8220; e.V. auf Anregung der s\u00e4chsischen Staatsregierung beschlossen, die Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung der M\u00fcgelner Schmalspurbahn &#8222;Wilder Robert&#8220; der S\u00e4chsisch-Oberlausitzer Eisenbahngesellschaft mbH per Dienstleistungsvertrag zu \u00fcbertragen. Damit werden die Voraussetzungen zu einer noch engeren Kooperation bis hin zum angestrebten Zusammenschluss der M\u00fcgelner und Zittauer Schmalspurbahn zu einem gemeinsamen Eisenbahnbetrieb geschaffen. Vorangegangen waren bereits entsprechende Beschl\u00fcsse zur gemeinsamen Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung der Aufsichtsgremien bei der SOEG. Hintergrund dieser interessanten Entwicklung ist die im Jahr 2011 drohende Einstellung des Betriebes beim &#8222;Wilden Robert&#8220; sowie die darauf einsetzenden umfangreichen Bem\u00fchungen aller Beteiligten zur dauerhaften Sicherung und Finanzierung der D\u00f6llnitzbahn. Neidhardt, der aus Leipzig stammt und in Zittau und Dresden arbeitet, kommt mit konkreten Vorstellungen nach Oschatz. Seine kurzfristigen Ziele sind die Sicherstellung der Zwischenfinanzierung Betrieb der D\u00f6llnitzbahn GmbH f\u00fcr 2013 &#8211; 2014. Au\u00dferdem hat er sich das Ziel gesetzt, die Arbeitsabl\u00e4ufe, Strukturen und Terminsachen an SOEG anzugleichen und offene Terminsachen anzugehen. Mittelfristig stehen die Instandsetzung der Streckeninfrastruktur der DBG mit Mitteln aus dem S\u00e4chsischen Doppelhaushalt 2013 &#8211; 2014 an sowie der Abschluss eines Verkehrsvertrages zwischen der DBG und dem Zweckverband Nahverkehrsraum Leipzig f\u00fcr den Zeitraum von 2015 &#8211; 2020. Wichtig ist f\u00fcr Neidhard ebenso die Sicherstellung der Finanzen f\u00fcr die Fahrzeuginstandhaltung im Wirtschaftsplan 2013 &#8211; 2016 (2 Dieselloks, 1 Dampflok, Personenwagen). Ingo Neidhardt hat auch langfristige Visionen. So \u00fcberlegt er zum Beispiel das Angebot von Rollstuhlwagen oder offenen Aussichtswagen um die D\u00f6llnitzbahn f\u00fcr Touristen attraktiver zu machen. Auch der Aufbau eines historischen Reisezuges &#8222;Deutsche Reichsbahn Anno 1970&#8220; schwebt ihm vor.
