(VSSB) lobt in diesem Jahr nunmehr zum achten Male den Claus-K\u00f6pcke-Preis aus. Mit diesem Preis soll das besondere Engagement f\u00fcr den Erhalt und die Weiterentwicklung der s\u00e4chsischen Schmalspurbahnen und ihrer Geschichte gew\u00fcrdigt werden.<br \/>Neben den altbew\u00e4hrten Kategorien Technik\/Bauten und Medien, wird nun erstmalig der Claus-K\u00f6pcke-Preis in der Kategorie Tourismus &#8211; in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Landes- tourismusverband Sachsen e.V. &#8211; vergeben. Ziel dieser Preiskategorie ist es, besondere Ideen der Verbindung verschiedener touristischer Angebote bekannt zu machen und den besten Vorschlag auszuzeichnen.<br \/>Die Kategorie Medien wird in diesem Jahr freundlich unterst\u00fctzt durch SSB Medien &#8211; bekannt durch die Herausgabe u. a. des DAMPFBAHN-MAGAZINS und vieler weiterer Publikationen zu den Schmalspurbahnen und deren touristischen Vermarktung.<br \/>Die Auszeichnungen sind verbunden mit Preisgeldern in H\u00f6he von je 1.000 bis 3.000 EUR. Bewerben k\u00f6nnen sich Einzelpersonen, Gruppen, Vereine oder Unternehmen mit Projekten, Aktionen und Vorhaben, die die s\u00e4chsischen Schmalspurbahnen erhalten und weiter entwickeln. Gleicherma\u00dfen preisw\u00fcrdig sind Projekte zur Pflege der Geschichte der s\u00e4chsischen Schmalspurbahnen.<br \/>Gewinner des Claus-K\u00f6pcke-Preises in den Vorjahren waren unter anderem der Interessenverband Zittauer Schmalspurbahnen e.V. (2003), die IG Verkehrsgeschichte Wilsdruff e.V. (2004), die Interessengemeinschaft Pre\u00dfnitztalbahn e.V. (2005), die Traditionsbahn Radebeul e.V. (2006), die SOEG S\u00e4chsisch-Oberlausitzer Eisenbahngesellschaft mbH (2007), Museumsbahn Sch\u00f6nheide e. V.
