Die B 196 wird im Ostseebad ausgebaut. Der Verkehr rollt jeweils nur in eine Richtung. \u201eFreie Fahrt\u201c haben nur jene, die mit der R\u00fcgenschen B\u00e4derBahn (R\u00fcBB) unterwegs sind.
