Die Selfkantbahn von Geilenkirchen-Gillrath nach Gangelt-Schierwaldenrath ist seit vielen Jahrzehnten ein nicht wegzudenkender Anziehungspunkt im Kreis Heinsberg f\u00fcr Ausfl\u00fcgler und Eisenbahnfreunde. <br \/>P\u00fcnktlich und zuverl\u00e4ssig sorgen die ehrenamtlich t\u00e4tigen Mitarbeiter der Interessengemeinschaft Historischer Schienenverkehr (IHS) daf\u00fcr, dass die historischen Dampfz\u00fcge jeden Sonntag zur Mitfahrt bereit stehen. <br \/>Doch was waren die Anf\u00e4nge?
