Es hat sich herausgestellt, dass deren Betrieb von niemanden \u2013 weder vom Eisenbahnbundesamt noch dem Land Schleswig-Holstein &#8211; genehmigt worden ist. Die Gemeinde h\u00e4lt sich daf\u00fcr am allerwenigsten zust\u00e4ndig.
