Denn seine hohe \u00dcberschuldung ist nicht vereinbar mit Zusch\u00fcssen f\u00fcr die Freizeitbahn, die in zur\u00fcckliegenden Jahren immerhin 30 000 und im vergangenen Jahr noch 2 500 Euro ausmachten.
